Important: We sell certified refurbished drives (2 year warranty) and brand new drives (3 year warranty). Clearance items come with a 3‑month warranty.
Warranty Coverage
- Refurbished Drives: 2 year warranty on all regular desktop & surveillance HDDs.
- Brand New Drives: 3 year warranty on all new sealed drives.
- Clearance Products: These come with a 3‑month warranty.
What the Warranty Covers
- Mechanical failure, controller failure, and bad sectors that cannot be repaired.
- Drive not detected or failing to spin up (under normal usage conditions).
What the Warranty Does Not Cover
- Physical damage (drops, water damage, burnt components, broken connectors).
- Data loss – we recommend backing up your data regularly.
- Damage caused by improper installation or incompatible hardware.
SMART Health Report
Every drive comes with a free SMART health report. Just ask on WhatsApp after your order is confirmed and we'll share it right away — showing power‑on hours, bad sector count, and overall health.
Claim Process
- Contact us on WhatsApp with your order details and a brief description of the issue.
- Our support team will guide you through diagnostics.
- If the drive is found defective, we will arrange a replacement or refund (shipping charges may apply).
