Refurbished
Important: All drives sold on SURVHDD India are certified refurbished, not new. They have been thoroughly tested and verified to meet our quality standards.
Warranty Coverage
- 1‑Year Warranty (Standard): Included with all regular desktop & surveillance HDDs.
- 2‑Year & 3‑Year Warranty: Available on request at an additional cost. Contact us for a quote.
- Clearance Products: These come with a 3‑month warranty.
What the Warranty Covers
- Mechanical failure, controller failure, and bad sectors that cannot be repaired.
- Drive not detected or failing to spin up (under normal usage conditions).
What the Warranty Does Not Cover
- Physical damage (drops, water damage, burnt components, broken connectors).
- Data loss – we recommend backing up your data regularly.
- Damage caused by improper installation or incompatible hardware.
Claim Process
- Contact us on WhatsApp with your order details and a brief description of the issue.
- Our support team will guide you through diagnostics.
- If the drive is found defective, we will arrange a replacement or refund (shipping charges may apply).
